Two weekends ago I went down to D.C.
to meet Donald and Sohee
and their cute kiddos Liam and Kate
at the cherry blossoms around the Tidal Basin.
Spring has sprung early this year in our area and
it was amazing how crowded it was at 8:30 a.m.
There were tourists and cameras everywhere!
Not surprisingly though because the trees were beautiful.
We had a great time.
The kids were so sweet and cooperative
(I even got an invite to come have a sleepover with them)
and despite the crowds we were able to find
some spots for some nice portraits.
Thank you, Chu family, for trusting me
to capture some memories for your family in our great, beautiful city.
It's always a joy to be with you.
